Refunds
Sonar will refund in full your purchase if the Items have not been sent and Sonar is contacted via our contact us form stating the reason why.
Warranty
Sonar offers a 12 month (domestic) or 3 month (commercial) warranty on all products under normal use. Warranty covers defective materials & will be void if products have been neglected & damaged from fair wear & tear. Warranty claims need to registered via our contact us form and returned to our office at the end users expense. Sonar in most cases will repair damaged suits at N/C on a case by case basis at Sonar's discretion. Freight will always be charged for return of goods.
